SHIPPING POLICY

All frames are protected with a thick layer of foam, plastic protection on each corner followed by two layers of various bubblewraps for added protection. Frame orders are made within 24 hours and posted the following business day. Frames are then shipped either via our courier Sendle or via Australia Post. 

Our Sister Products are handmade by our supplier and are posted from their end to you.

A tracking number is issued to you once your product has been posted.

RETURN POLICY

All products are handmade and personalised to order. For all frame orders you will receive a proof to approve before anything is printed. You will then get a photo of your order once it is framed.

We take the uttermost care in packaging your precious frame for postage but sometimes

things happen along the way to your house that are out of our control.

If your frame arrives damaged you will be given the option of us remaking your order and having it sent out to you the next business day or the option of receiving a partial refund to source a frame locally.

If by chance the second frame arrives damaged then we will issue you a full refund.

Unfortunately no refunds are available for change of mind.
